"The reception staff were so welcoming, especially Jen who welcomed us like old friends. So chatty and lovely and a such a great start to our trip. Hotel and room was clean and looked great and just what we needed. Rooms were nice and warm during this cold weather however the hallways were a bit chilly! Would absolutely recommend and will return. "

"Room was a perfect temperature, nice towels and bedding. The tv was well positioned and the water was hot at all times
Breakfast was good but some foods could have been a little warmer but that’s often the challenge for buffet service. The range and availability was great though.
The lounge and bar are was very well run by professional and friendly staff who definitely know how to deliver great customer service. Drinks and food were all up to the required standard.
The reception team were also very helpful and friendly providing good information and a smooth experience "

"A truly wonderful stay over the festive period. The new spa is lovely and room 452 was SO quiet and spacious, highly recommended.
The only downside which I pointed out two years ago is that the shower lets the room down as it’s not powerful enough and looks dated too. A short taxi ride or lovely walk into the centre with everything you could wish for. Please note valet parking is £39.50 and the Soa £45 per person in addition to the room. Concierge and FOH staff are very attentive. Breakfast is wonderful, so many choices including à la carte at no extra cost. "

"Perfect last minute stay. I always stay at The Dean Court, however the Hilton had better amenities in the room from shampoo, conditioner. Coffee, tea and TV!
The pillows were so comfortable! "
