Beware!

The staff was pleasant. The room was dirty. The door looked like it had been kicked in and the threshold wasnt in place. We had to fix the toilet beacuse it wasnt tightened down. The bed was uncomfortable. It states in the description it was remodeled but it doesn't look that way at all. We had a roach in the bathroom light and one ran across the floor.

I already responded to this and explained that the conditions were so bad that my family and I left we did not stay at all once we observed the conditions of the hotel and area we were concerned but when we got to the room that was it! Horrible! There were water stains and a hole in the corner ceiling the room and carpets were dirty. No way I was going to have my family stay there. I called the desk and let them know we were not staying and that we left. They said we would be reimbursed so I would appreciate you making sure I do.

This is the best hotel in the area for the price. A no-frills, comfy place to stay. Housekeeping is very helpful and reliable. The managers, a lovely married couple are always professional and courteous - very nice people. Overall great experience with the best rates in town.

The rooms are perfect and parking is convenient for trucks and trailers big rigs and trucks like mine with smaller trailers. The rooms even still have nice coffee makers and they offer breakfast as to where other motels I've stayed at recently and paid more offers nothing. I'll definitely use this place again in the future

Room smelled terrible. Damaged and in poor condition. Asked for another room which was provided. Not much better. Gave up and left for other accommodations. Still trying to get a refund.

Rooms are garbage fire alarm wasn't hooked up and phone was not hooked up just thrown on a shelve next to the fire alarm that was supposed to be on the wall. wall outlets didnt have covers on them drawers were broken and walls where nasty and water pressure was barley there for 300 dollars for 2 nights i got ripped off place needs to be condemned not even worth 20 dollars a night

1st shift manager seems like a decent guy very helpful especially when it comes to saving money booking directly with the hotel..overall a great quiet stay. For the price and room quality there isn't any negatives that outweigh the positives. 10/10

Check in was quick because I did online check in and just had to sign and get the keys upon arrival. The hotel was listed as non-smoking, but we had to wipe everything, including the walls down with what we had, which was water and peppermint oil so I could breath as I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. The rag was grey when we were done. In thr middle of the night, around 1 am, we heard shouting and loud arguing in the next room over. It lasted for several hours and sounded as though it were in the same room. The smoke detector was disconnected and dangling from the wall. We had to reconnect it. There was also no cover on one of the outlets, the rubber baseboard moulding covered half of another outlet. We chose this hotel due to the high ratings and price point, but I think it is only fair to offer an honest review. I seldom leave bad reviews, but I felt like the reviews I read were over inflated.

The place all in all wasn't that bad but I did see roaches in the bathroom. I asked for extended check out time but even tho they offered it they wouldn't honor it and were a little rude when I told them I asked for extended check out time. I also had to ask for an extra pillow numerous times before I finally got one.
