"This hotel was terrific. Beautiful room, robes in the room, nice swimming pool and hot tub in the wellness center. Staff was super engaged and efficient too. The whole place had a feeling of competence and confidence. "

"The room was straight out of the 60's and tired. Got email from hotel after checking out that hotel was just purchased and needs refurbishing. If that's the case why are you charging full fare. If I order a steak at a restaurant and they run out they don't serve me a hamburger and still charge me the price of the steak. The staff were very friendly and have heard these complaints before. They handled the complaints well."

"The Rydges Sydney Airport is located perfectly at the international terminal. Thecomfortable beds and quiet rooms are the only good thing now. The self checkin process is appalling, obviously another way to decrease staff and make more money without a drop in price for the room. I still like this hotel, but Im noticing the decline in service, the expensive drinks and food in the bar and restaurant."
