"The staff amazing and so helpful and patient. Could not do enough for you. Breakfast choices amazing. Some parts of the building did look tired however it is amazing hotel. Fabulous time, will be back. Thank you"

"The hotel was very good but there was noise from the train line which was quite loud until late and started again about 4am. The glazing could have been better to reduce this."
