"Hotel is good for what it is: a primarily gay male venue. Expect gay men of all ages, mostly in their late 60's and higher, and basic services and amenities. Pool area is nice with an adjacent bar and restroom (with no doors for the restroom). Property has a nude/clothing optional rooftop pool and bar also. Rooms are clean and ours had a kitchenette. That comes in handy for drinks, and storing food stuff. Area near the hotel is nice and very walkable to bars, restaurants, and transit."

"This place is perfect. Close to everything. Light snacks available all day. I am from USA and the AC is up to our standards of keeping g a room very cool. My room was on the street side and even with bars close by there was no noise issue at all."

"I cannot fault this hotel in any way. From an easy check-in from delightful members of staff, particularly Beatrix, to the immaculate cleanliness, excellent breakfast and very good positioning, there was nothing whatsoever to complain about. It was a delight to stay here. It is only a six minute walk or to the beach where there are numerous bars and restaurants. I would 100% stay here again."

"Beautiful budget apartments with the most amazing staff working in all areas of the property. On reception Lorena was wonderful: so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff in Despensa could not have been more attentive and kind. The bar team are second to none, friendly welcoming and great fun! We will be back."
