"The only problem was the elevator it kept going out of service"

"The buffet staff were rude. 1 guy became combative with me because my daughter ordered the wrong drink when in reality she could not understand him due to the language barrier but she did not want to be rude so she accepted whatever he said he would bring her. One of the pool guys told me that “if you let the umbrella up and the wind blows it into someone then it’s on you and your responsibility” Hmmm the pool side umbrellas are meant to be used. But these are just 2 out of MANY examples of the poor customer service this staff displayed. The resort is well kept and clean. The service and attitudes of the staff was the worst experience I ever encountered in my many years of visiting Jamaica."

It is not a plastic duplicate of way too many other resorts out there that are constantly in our faces. The lovely verandas, professional staff, and beautiful beach & grounds will definitely keep me coming back. The cocktail hour and buffet on the beach were truly memorable."
