The staff made us feel truly cared for, and we appreciated all the thoughtful amenities. This resort is a wonderful place for families and adults alike to relax, connect, and create lasting memories."

"From check-in to check-out we had a great time especially our daughter. She absolutely loved the kids club and the ladies there(especially Shanique and Aria),were wonderful! She had a blast everyday. Shana-Lee (I really hope I haven’t misspelt her name) at the platinum check in was truly exceptional, especially with our daughter who adores her. The staff at the platinum restaurant were very nice and welcoming, Michael was very attentive, warm and friendly! Our daughter looked forward to him bringing hot chocolates every time we were there! The staff at the lobby bar and the aqua bar are great and the lobby bar became our go-to. The property itself is stunning and overall the staff there are very pleasant and accommodating. The food is good, would definitely recommend the Italian restaurant and platinum restaurant. In the Main Buffet (Food Market) restaurant most of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating aside from one instance when we had to switch tables due to our 7year old being extremely cold one of the ladies seemed to take issue with us moving causing the hostess to end up waiting the table. (We wouldn’t have known if the lady wasn’t within earshot of us). all in all we had a great time and have decided to make Princess Grand our annual home away from home!"

"Great property to stay, staff was amazing after the forst day they had my drink order down. I will say the steak house was underwhelming. Sensai the sushi spot was really good. Mike's coffee shop was amazing. Definitely plenty for people to do on the resort."

"I celebrated my 40th birthday year. This hotel was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and nice and everything was so cool. My favorite part was the private island. My husband rented out a cabana for me with breathtaking views and service was amazing. I had such a great and memorable birthday at this property. All staff were amazing and loving."

Hotel Riu Republica - Adults only - All Inclusive

"Worse Riu I have ever stayed at, staff has attitudes! They don’t want to help. Me & my friend witnessed staff giving tap water to drink when they know we aren’t supposed to drink it. We caught them giggling about it! Oh horrible food. They give you slop on a plate! I’m definitely not one to complain but absolutely not. & room didn’t have air conditioning, a lot of things were broke. But if you’re looking to party & drink! Heck yea. Just prepare to survive off fruit!"
