"We had a great time! All the amenities are good. The entertainment by the pool was amazing.. Kenny made our stay very fun. Everything was perfect except for the food, which was turn off .. Didn’t like the seafood Restaurant at all. The buffet food was really bad. Dry rice, liquid beans, and always the same thing., the resort over all is really nice and lots of things to do. But there’s not really nothing included. No free water sports, the water park and bowling alley you need to pay. Other than those things I mentioned is a nice place. If they changed the food I will definitely go back again."

"Everything was great. Check in went smoothly. The staff was very friendly. Spoke English and Spanish. Shuttles available to drive you if you don’t feel like walking. The food was very good. The pools were clean and refreshing. The swim up bar didn’t open til 11. The ocean was nice. A little rocky so if you have sensitive feet you should bring swim shoes. Rooms were clean and air conditioning worked great. We stayed ocean front room. Second floor with amazing balcony view. There was no elevator. Also ice and water wasn’t by rooms but it’s less than a 5 min walk. Only thing that would have made it perfect was if it was an all inclusive resort. lol. But we loved it and will definitely go back!"

"Staff and service were exceptional. Large and clean resort. Lots of resort entertainment and pool volleyball. Beach has very strong waves - enter at your own risk. Beautiful gym and sports facilities but should be open 24 hours. Food tasted fresh, would be better if there was buffet option for lunch and dinner. Hydrotherapy at the Spa was a real relaxing experience. Hotel room was comfortable and cleaned multiple times per day. Overall very good resort, would recommend having 24 access to gym, basketball, and cafe. Also, no peddlers on the resort which was very nice."

"I’ve been coming here since a child ; 1974 every year up To 1994. It’s been years I came back to El San Juan and wanted to experience home sweet home again. A lot of changes but it still is what I remembered but better! I highly recommend coming here"
