Hotel Riu Republica - Adults only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Tuvimos un evento para el cual era necesario ayuda y gracias a la solidaridad de un huésped pudimos resolver. Nunca llegó personal de seguridad para asistirnos, que dice un empleado hubo de avisar . En ese aspecto creo se debe mejorar pues no había opción para comunicarse. Fue en la piscina La ola. Cerraron las actividades y quedó"

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
8/10 Good
"The hotel was absolutely amazing! We stayed in a villa that was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. It had a stove, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee, filters, wine glasses, and the game room on property even had board games. The property also had a beautiful pool and hot tubs, and the grounds were very well maintained. The ocean was a little too rough for swimming due to the strong surf, but it was still nice to walk along the beach and dip our feet in the water. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the villa. There were makeup stains left by previous guests on the doors and trim, and the stove had not been thoroughly cleaned, as there was still food residue around the knobs. These are details that housekeeping should pay closer attention to, especially at a property of this caliber. Despite those minor issues, we had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, the villa was incredibly well stocked, and overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!"
