"Barcelo Barvaro Palace was a great resort to stay and relax. The pool was awesome. And Patricio cimili was extremely helpful with all my questions and went out of his way to help us. "

"My stay at Baha Mar was overall wonderful. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — very clean, modern, and visually stunning. Our ocean-view room was spectacular and one of the highlights of our trip. The pools, beach, and overall atmosphere all felt high-end and relaxing. The only downside was the inconsistency in staff knowledge. Several times we asked for directions around the resort and many employees didn’t seem familiar with where things were located, which was surprising for a property of this size and caliber. Another issue happened at The Swimming Pig. The bill already included a gratuity (which is fine), but our server told us the gratuity “goes to Baha Mar, not to the staff” in an attempt to get us to tip again. We later confirmed this wasn’t true, so that part felt misleading. Overall, we still had a great experience and would return, but I hope management addresses staff training and transparency with tipping going forward — it would make an already beautiful resort even better."

"Food, staff, the pool, the beach, was amazing!! I wish the balcony was a bit bigger as it is kind of scary. But I would definitely come back here! 10/10"

"Carlos with Experian was amazing, I mean top of the line service from him, I appreciate how helpful he was when I fell and hurt my back. He assisted me my whole trip, Orisis which is the manager of Ocean El faro was great, he heard me out and accommodated me instead of making me feel unheard/unwanted. Will be visiting soon again!!!
