Hotel just outside Peebles, good location if you have a car. Parking at hotel was fine. Room felt a bit tired and needed a little attention. Good size and outlook.

The Hotel is an apartment hotel, they have a WhatsApp but they communicate via email so it is super inconvenient. I suggest they communicate via WhatsApp it is more efficient. Property is dated and the bare minimal was provide in terms of amenities (such as no basic seasoning (no salt or black pepper). One garbage bag to last 4 days for 8 guests.
