"The unit was not well kept, duct taped on broken floor. Stains on couch covered with old smelly sheets . Couch saggy and old , covered with pillows with old pillow cases. Towels were worn out.
Blankets old and worn down, smells like it’s been used and not washed.
The sink in the kitchen is with very strong sewage smell.
Not worth the cost."

"The unit is clean, the host is very accommodating, agreed to check us in in a very short notice. Seamless check in and check out. Literally 5min walk to SM Bicutan. The only downside is the walls between each unit is not sound proof, however they have a strict noice curfew from 6am til 10pm if I remember it right. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were professional, friendly, and incredibly communicative from start to finish. The unit was clean, comfortable, and priced very reasonably — overall, an excellent value. The location was very convenient for our needs and walking distance to Southwoods Mall. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would happily book again. Highly recommend!"
