There was a strong smell of chemicals. The bathroom shower was broken, the handle was glued, and when I tried to use the shower, it fell off. Parking was £10 for two nights. I definitely won't be going back.

This impressive hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Cardiff, and very easy to find. No parking available although there are 2 NCP car parks within a couple of minutes’ walk. Very clean throughout with excellent amenities and very polite and helpful staff. I’d happily book here again.
