The room was lovely, a little disappointed when waking in the morning to see we had a side view of the city, not full view as expected and advertised. Clayton Hotel Cardiff
Staff at reception were very helpful when the on line check in facility failed to work. The room was comfortable and quiet but some of the public areas seemed to be understaffed and a bit unkempt…but it was a very wet and busy weekend in Cardiff
