Best breakfast of the tour we have done, all fresh good quality food, parking was in a secure garage next to hotel. Excellent location between the old town and new, great view of the old town from the roof terrace, staff very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here with a family of four - the beds were great, updated and super clean bathroom and very kind service. It wasn’t super hot when we visited so can’t speak to the AC under hot weather. But was great for us. Would definitely recommend for! Small rooms of course but to be expected. The rooftop terrace offers spectacular views of Carcassonne!

Our short, one night stay was pain free other than the climb to the third floor. The room was clean and well appointed and the air conditioner was functional for the main cabin of room 20. Parking on site for 14 Euro made everything easy!

This family-run hotel is clean and pleasant. The rooftop terrace with the view of La Cite is a very pleasant place to spend evening time. It was about a fifteen minute mostly uphill walk to La Cite, shorter and easier coming back down. There are several good restaurants very near the hotel, and more up in La Cite. We are truly happy we chose this hotel.

Generally a good hotel. Great to have secure parking near by. Excellent breakfast which we enjoyed outside in the pretty courtyard garden. Only disadvantage was that our room was on the third floor and there was no lift. Madam, however, insisted on carrying our bags up, which went well beyond what we expected!

The hotel is in the perfect location for a stay in Carcassonne. Rooms are spotlessly clean, bathroom is modern with great shower. We were able to see the castle from our bedroom window, a stunning view. We had breakfast in the hotel every day. There are lots of bars and restaurants on the road where the hotel is. Lovely relaxing garden at the back. 10/10 will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location with rooftop view of the citadel. Short walk to the citadel entrance and easy access to the town. Comfortable and clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Parked in the nearby public carpark with no issues. Friendly and helpful staff. We will return.
