"Some double tree's are very tired looking but this one even though it looks like an office building from the outside is great on the inside and the room I had was great."

"Only slight peave during this stay was having some form of air con unit that was placed above a grid vent - would be nice if this was slightly quieter. Room was always clean, housekeeping replaced everything I wanted them to. Another great thing would be if you followed my preference in the all accor app(but that's very picky feedback)"

"Good location, nice reception, rooms need a refurbishment. Towel rail not working. Room was cold . I believe the house control the heating and didn't have it switched on to cut costs. Summer stay would be ok."
