"Check-in officially starts at 4pm, but they allow check ins after 1pm. We had parked our car in the garage before check in and Staff walked with us to get our luggage from our car, keeping up a friendly conversation. Room was spacious and fit a twin inflatable bed. Clean room, bed was firm but comfortable. Walk to Universal is 8 min uphill walk."

"I could not sleep at all , first I thought it might be food allergies be of the rashes that it occurred, two days later when I went to Dr they said it is definitely bed bugs 😞"

"First room we were assigned to had suicide notes, and about 500 pages of jail notes, restraining orders and such. It scared us and we went to the front desk and asked for a new room. This was granted. When we got the new room, electricity was not working with a few of the lights. Then we received a phone call from another guest that had been relocated to another room for the same reason. I feel that housekeeping should have removed the contents of the first room, and when we were reissued another room, it should not have been one that was rejected by prior guest earlier that day. Very disappointed with the Hilton brand. This hotel was chosen because we wanted a nice relaxing stay. Instead we basically experienced chaos the entire stay "

"Always a great stay, staff always nice. Quiet environment, clean, great stay!"

"Clean, dated room. Firm beds, on the uncomfortable side. Downside is the bathrooms, stained tile, over caulked (about 2 in wide), over painted door frames, and shower curtains. Great location, near restaurants and grocery stores, but the boulevard does get loud (traffic). Friendly staff. Remodeled bathrooms are only in single king bedrooms. Definitely needs an overhaul and renovation. Pool and patio are clean. "
