"Room Service was spot on. Our room was always cleaned during breakfast and a pleasure to return to. Staff were friendly however there were some language difficulties, not understanding English. Very family friendly, having a pool for the kids is great, just not enough sun beds on some occasions! Breakfast average, not a lot of choice but tasty. Staff always attentive. Lots of places to eat along the beach and outside the hotel on main road."

"While the staff were incredibly nice, it was frustrating as a hotel guest not having access to anywhere to sit. We checked in around 3pm and storms were on the radar. We attempted to make a reservation at dome but they were closed for a private event. We were then told all the restaurants were full because of the storms and we can order room service. Very disheartening to hear. Certain tables should be automatically on hold for guest staying on the property."

"Was pleasantly surprised with our stay here. Knowing the hotel is old, it is incredibly well maintained. Location is excellent, as is the included free breakfast. The grounds are huge and immaculately kept. Pool is huge. Staff incredibly helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again."
