"I was not aware but each of the units at the hotel are individually owned. So some have updated furniture and some dont. Overall i gave it a 4 star due to the room conditions. The view from the hotel is a 5 star. U cannot get any closer to the waves then this hotel. We enjoyed sitting in our balcony and enjoying the view and the souds of the waves hitting the rock. "We loved everything, except it really was quite warm… And you had to rent an air conditioner for $15 a day, but it only did one room. Other than that, it was awesome!"
