"Convenient location near the port but no Parking at the hotel and very limited parking near by. Staff were outstanding. When we left a cell phone in our room they were quick to give us a call to make sure we could go back and pick it up."

"Everybody is super polite. Hotel is super clean and it has a very good beach. Hotel is very suitable for families with kids. Food is tasty but options are usually same and repetitive. I recommend not to purchase the half board option. I do not think it makes a difference yo purchase it in advance."

"This hotel is exceptional! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cervo hotel. This hotel has it all! amazing views, great restaurants, secluded beach, and breakfast. Their staff is genuinely nice and accommodating. I want to thank Luigi from the concierge desk for the tour recommendations and arranging our car rental. Antonella from the breakfast restaurant prepared for me a homemade tea when I told her I was not feeling well. All these details make this hotel a unique one. "Very good hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. Booking in was professional and efficient. Pool area and gardens were lovely to sit out in. Room was high standard, we had a small issue with the electricity going off, but the staff sorted this. My only gripe is that although I appreciate two free bottles of water a day, for a hotel doing that to every room is so much wastage. Install a filtered water machine in the corridor, everyone has a bottle these days. So much wastage and would make the hotel more eco friendly. "
