"Typically I would read reviews of others experience, it just so happened that in this case I did not, as the pictures looked so satisfying. My actual experience was far from this. I arrived to the hotel after a late night flight, the first staff member was helpful in getting me checked in. I immediately noticed how run down the hotel was, the pool, was dirty, the room had 3 single beds, and one queen, which were all very hard. We felt very comfortable leaving belongings in the chairs while in the water. Very good food in all the restaurants we tried. This has been one of the best resorts we visited in the Caribbean. "
