Meals okay but service slow. The hotel is non smoking but our room stank of stale cigarette smoke. We were only there for one night and didn’t complain so our fault for putting up with it

Radisson RED V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
Very hard bed. Sent us to the wrong room the first time. Staff seemed bothered that I insisted on getting what I paid for. Also didn’t receive the free bottle of wine I was supposed to get. I was hoping Radisson only sucked in the U.S. but I guess it’s universal.
