I loved this flat! It was beautiful, bright and airy with all the windows, and in a perfect location easy to get around. The check-in process left much to be deired. The woman called me before it was time for me to be there letting me know she had so many check-ins to do that day that she was just calling to see it when I would arrive. I arrived exactly at the time we had agreed upon and she just gave me the keys and told me how to check out but did not show me any features of the flat. I did not find out until my last night that I was there that it had heated floors. That would have been nice to know because the whole week I was there it was cold and the floors were freezing. Another thing I did not care for was that online it said there was a fireplace in three different places in the description, but when I got there she said it was not available to use . that was very disappointing. Other than that , I loved the place. It's a good location for getting around the city and it was quiet and I felt safe
