The location is great for the airport (~3 mins by taxi). Rooms are compact, but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s no lift, so you might struggle with luggage. The breakfast menu does not cater to anyone with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten, etc)

Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at this property. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. They always made me feel welcomed and were very helpful. The room was phenomenal too - especially my view of table mountain. This place was well worth the money!

The location cannot be beat! Best location for V&A waterfront - we stayed 5 nights. Staff are incredibly welcoming. Nice restaurant/bar and lobby.
