"Overall an excellent experience with a few notes: - WiFi was poor and made work impossible at times and affected TV channels in room - 20% gratuity included in everything everywhere at the property. Made prices pretty steep across the board - $50 resort fee - check when you book if that’s included or not. -staff very friendly and helpful so the guaranteed tip didn’t seem to cause any reduced service level overall I recommend this property for families with kids "

"I enjoyed my stay at this apartment hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the location in Brickell was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good. My only criticism is that the hotel could improve the guest experience with small things like a soap dish in the shower for shower gel and shampoo. I nonetheless recommend staying here."
