"I love this hotel and there is no where else I would stay when I visit Istanbul. Location is amazing. Close to tram stop and you also have a mall about 2 min walk. The service is great. Decor in the rooms are amazing. Free use of sauna steam room and pool. They even have a women’s only health club where you also have daily free use of the sauna steam room and pool. "

From the reception to the concierge and everyone else, the staff was not only friendly and helpful but always smiling. Emre at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and so was Zeki Yusufoglu who arranged a lovely breakfast for us at 3:30 am for our early morning flight. Nasiba,the lovely lady in red was very knowledgeable as she gave us a tour of the palace. The breakfast was vast and fresh and delicious. Rooms very clean and grand and room service was impeccable. Would stay here again. Highly recommend it. "

Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. Will definitely come back and stay with intercontinental again. One of the best stays with Expedia over the past 5 years and maybe 10 years."
