Ótimo custo-benefício. Localização muito boa, perto de tudo, principalmente do centro da Lagoa da Conceição. Todo staff muito simpático, principalmente no café da manhã. Quarto de bom tamanho, limpo e com cama confortável.

Maravilhosa estadia!!

Segunda vez que fico nesse hotel no centrinho da Lagoa da Conceição. O gerente super simpático, pessoa de fácil trato. Hotel super bem localizado ao lado doterminal de onibus urbano , também de uma super padaria e do Gaucho que serve uma comidinha caseira e uma cerveja geladissima. Bom, pratico , refinado e com preço justo. Com certeza volto ano que vem.

Não foi uma boa experiência. Hotel simples, com café simples e sem a menor flexibilidade; funcionários não tão gentis. O elevador não chega ao segundo andar. Realizaram obras no sábado pela manhã, incomodando bastante.

O Hotel me.deu um quarto melhor o básico talvez pelo preço q cobraram. Meu check in foi às 14 h mas quando fiz check-out vi uma senhora entrando meio dia. Piscina mal cuidada, já desgastada. Um dos colaboradores xa retenção pouco simpático, o outro ok. Nao fosse o preco q hotel de nivel superior a avaliação seria melhor.

Uma boa localização e boa opção em Floripa

O hotel está bem localizado, próximo a alguns pontos turísticos. A poucos metros do centrinho, com comércio, mercados, restaurantes, e lavanderia self-service. O trânsito no sentido da lagoa é caótico, e a depender da hora do dia pode prejudicar a chegada no hotel. Fiquei assustada ao ver comentários recentes a respeito do café da manhã. Efetivamente as funcionárias direcionam onde sentar, mas não me pareceu maldade. Parece ser mais uma forma de organizar, pois o espaço é muito pequeno. Até mesmo quando elas ficam no espaço para coletar os pratos e talheres pode dar a impressão de estar fiscalizando (e em parte pode estar de fato identificando os hóspedes e seus quartos), em nenhum momento me senti inibida de me servir. E elas foram sempre simpáticas. O rapaz da recepção da tarde/noite também é muito educado.

Perto de restaurantes, supermercado, terminal de ônibus. Local limpo e organizado. Cafe da manhã bom com algumas frutas, sucos naturais, bolo, pao, ovo, salsicha. O unico inconveniente é uma funcionária idosa que fica na area do cafe da manha. Ela é grosseira e mal educada. Os hospedes dao bom dia e ela nem olha pra cara da pessoa e ja pergunta qual o quarto. Em um dia 2 hospedes sairam do café e ela ficou falando mal delas com outra funcionária na nossa frente.

Ao chegar no hotel, o quarto que escolhemos pelo aplicativo não condizia com o escolhido. Pedimos para trocar pois o que colocaram para nós tinha uma beliche que rangia muito. No café da manhã era tudo muito controlado, não ficamos a vontade. Até a sanduicheira era controlada, não podendo sujar, ou deixar o pão ficar mais torradinho. Se o café está incluído na diária, não deveria ser algo controlado dessa forma. Fica a dica para o hotel melhorar no atendimento, tanto da recepção da madrugada que foi péssima.

Atendimento na parte do café da manhã péssimo, onde duas senhoras constrangem na abordagem aos hóspedes na entrada e durante, exigindo que lavem as mãos, não podendo utilizar o grill de fazer sanduíche sem que fiquem em cima vigiando, o quarto é limpo, porém as toalhas estavam com cheiro ruim! Pelo preço: o atendimento poderia ser mais preparado e menos rigoroso principalmente na hora da refeição!
