"We can't say enough about this place. First, we had arrived 1.5 days late due to flight from USA, and onward to Venice Italy. Our hosts, the best ever, stayed in contact with us, understood, and STILL met us when we arrived. The place was clean and better than pictures. The location was perfect for seeing the beautiful city. Our only problem, not being able to stay longer! Thank you both for making our first stop in Italy great. See you again."

"Easily my favorite hotel in Venice. It’s tucked away in Canareggio on a quiet street. My husband and I always love coming to stay here. It’s stunning and they treat you like royalty. The air conditioning is great, bed was super comfy, and they greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco. "

"Staff responded quickly when we had some issues with checking in and shutters and sink. Room was clean and tended to daily. All our questions were answered by staff even though not on site. On last day staff took our luggage downstairs and across first bridge as we headed out to airport offering water and snacks."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms were huge, shower was good, breakfast was good, good value in comparison to other Venice hotels, easy to take Aliguna to the airport, it was a little far from St Marks, but we enjoyed winding through the streets to get there"
