"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"

"From the moment we walked into the hotel,we were greeted with a friendly welcome. Once we got to our room it was spotlessly clean. Plus it was larger than we expected. All of the staff were very friendly, the breakfast had everything for everyone's dietary needs. The pool area has plenty of loungers, plus the toilets and changing rooms, are spotlessly clean in this area.We most definitely will return. Plus we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the team that work here. Brian and Beverly Wilson"

"Would 100% stay here again! We did 4 nights and upon check-in we were offered the crown services package, an extra €20 per person per night for unlimited soft drinks, alcohol, own private area and late check-out. It was a no brainer and 100% worth it. Staff were amazing, food was great, hotel immaculate! Loved the fact that it was adults only too, super relaxing break and we will definitely book again!"

"Our room was beautiful, well lit and nicely appointed. We appreciated the small round table with two chairs (so often there’s only one) and individually controlled lights on each side of the bed. The open air (so to speak) closet is well conceived. Two (overhead locker sized) roller board suitcases, when opened, fit perfectly side by side on the low shelf. Drawers below provide ample space for those who wish to unpack. And, the space below that is perfect for shoes. We also appreciated “quiet” HVAC. The roof deck lounge is quite nice. Pool water could use some heat and the lounges don’t have much of an upright position option. But, throw pillows from nearby sofas work to make the lounges more comfortable for reading. The view from the deck is lovely! We did not opt for breakfast, as we chose to explore cafes. But, the morning spread looked delicious as we walked by. The hotel location is perfect for all sorts of activities…walking, catching a bus, taking a taxi or meeting a guide. All-in-all, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"No assistance w luggage until heavily prompted upon checking in. Then none at all upon checkout. Taxi called was too small even though a large one to contain wheelchair was requested from the front desk."
