"A truly amazing hotel. Great location to the airport. We grabbed an UBER in both directions for around 15 dollars. On arrival at the hotel the team could not do enough to help us and make our trip be amazing. The pools are large, you have two options one a truly relaxing experience or the other which incorporates the daily activities a lot more energetic. The waiters around the pool make sure you are looked after all the time. The rooms are spacious and are full of everything you need. The room service was a massive bonus, the buffet restaurant is open for lunchand breakfast with plenty of options. The main dining restaurants on an evening are all excellent with our favourite being the Satsu. The onsite coffee is a real gem and included aswell we will definitely be back ."

"Just got back from the best 5-day all-inclusive vacation we've ever had, and I can't recommend this resort enough! The food was outstanding — every meal, every restaurant, consistently delicious and high quality. The staff were excellent across the board, especially Jonathan, who runs the activities program and brought so much fun and energy to every single day. There was zero pressure to upgrade or sit through any sales pitch, which was such a relief compared to other all-inclusives we've been to — you can just relax and enjoy yourself. With fun activities going throughout the day and genuinely high standards everywhere you look, this resort truly delivers. Highly, highly recommend — we're already planning our next trip back!"

"The hotel it self was beautiful. Staff was helpful and respectful. Only issue is there should be more things to do on the resort. Also have entertainment that caters to everyone. The music could've been better. Please play more urban music R&B and clean rap."

"The resort staff made this place what it is. I felt more like a family member than a guest. Feliciano and Ivan at the pool bar were quick and attentive to my drinks. Viviana remembered my food allergy and room number, something I've never experienced in a hotel setting. The bad, sargassum was really bad and just like every other inclusive hotel, the food needs improvement. Everything was closed at midnight since it's a hotel for older generation. I would highly recommend this resort for an older relaxed crowd."
