"This was my first time at a resort and Emporio did not disappoint. I had a swim out room and the views were absolutely stunning! I had the all inclusive package and it was definitely worth it. I will be back to Cancun and Emporio."

"We had a wonderful stay at this large resort, which offers plenty of activities for families with young children. Our boys especially enjoyed the wired lounge after dinner, and the evening shows were a highlight for all of us. The food overall was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. We also loved the coffee shop, which had a great selection of snacks, desserts, and drinks. There were multiple pools with lots of space around them, making it easy to relax. The photoshoot experience was a special touch, and the morning gym classes felt almost like private sessions with only a few participants. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the beach. There was a noticeable fishy smell and quite a bit of seaweed, even though we visited in February, which is typically not peak season for it."

"I did a lot of research and have seen many mixed reviews even though I have friends that’s been several times. If you’re on the fence, BOOK IT! If you’re free spirited and open and love to have fun, this is the resort for you. Single, couple, swingers, someone who just wants to party? BOOK IT! The day parties and nightly theme parties were a vibe. A mix of music and the staff was wonderful and the other folks were fun and respectful. This is a topless resort at all pools and the beach but not required. The food was good 8/10. They will try to get you to do the resort tour meeting and no matter how many times you decline, they steady ask and have other staff try to get you to book it in the first couple of days. That was actually getting very annoying but wasn’t something that made me uncomfortable or warrants any point’s deducted. We will definitely be back as we had an amazing time!!! The round trip transfer company they use was awesome as well! "

"Check in was a little messy as it was first time booking an all inclusive, we had two rooms booked both were under my name as the “rules” said the cardholder must match the guest check in, well you can’t have two rooms under the same person there, so we had to get Expedia to change things delayed my friend getting into her Room by two hours but the front desk agent was amazing, I probably would have been a mess if it wasn’t for her. She made our anniversary and my friends birthday weekend fantastic! (her manager not so much). Outside of the that small inconvenience the rest of our time was amazing, beach was nice, pools were great, entertainment, food and bartenders fantastic. Chairs are slim pickings so get up early and find one by 9am there wasn’t much left. "

"Loved our stay here! Came with my friend, and we had a blast relaxing, eating and just spending time at the beach. We’re both vegetarians and were happy to see the plant based menu in all restaurants. Erika at the coffee shop was the warmestttttt - loved the coffee she made and how happy she made us! Only biggest con here is that the water is always marshy and not the blues you’d expect when you think of Cancun."
