"After 10 years, the service and the hotel staff are really excellent, premium level. I couldn´t collect the HYATT points because the reservation was made through Expedia—very disappointing with this. I know there is new resorts in the growing Cancun city with excelent experiences but Hyatt Ziva still has its place of one of the most confortable resort to stay there specially if you are with yor family"

The rooms are big very nice the bathroom its ok but in my opinion needs a little maintenance. Pools very clean and the services is excellent."
