"Amazing experience!! Staff provided excellent service! Food and drinks were 10/10. I wasn’t too crazy about the room, the bathroom and furniture looked outdated but everything was clean. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back again!"

"the stay was overall beautiful, the rooms were nice, food was great and there was many options throughout the resort, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the staff. everyone was so kind and fun from the kitchen staff to the bell boys. the entertainment staff in particular though was outstanding each and every member felt like a friend by the end of our trip. gama, gustavo, julien, rafael, ruben and honestly everyone we encountered were so amazing and would make me book AVA again."
