Cancun hotel rooms a the Palladium

"Wonderful hotel and staff. All the restaurants are great. My only complaint is they say all restaurants are first come first serve and there was a night- Christmas Dinner- we could not get into the restaurant we wanted to because we weren't on the "list'. Tell your guests they can get on the list as soon as the restaurant opens to ensure a table. Don't leave your guests guessing! "

"Room with our own plunge was amazing! Convenient location of the room, staff were attentive, accommodating and friendly! Plenty options of food, perfect pools with pool bar and super close to the beach! Thank you!"

"Short stay but Clean room, nice staff and breakfast was so good! To bad that we did have little time to enjoy it as we needed to get to our next flight ! Only thing was waiting an hour for the shuttle to pick us up @ the airport, we were tired and wanted to sleep ! Other than that overall was good ! Will stay again if we can ! "

"Amazing resort! The staff is so friendly and could not have asked for a better experience. Overall food is good. As with most all inclusive resorts, leaves much to be desired but this is not unexpected. We had a wonderful time! Strongly suggest the upgrade with your own butler! We will definitely go back! "
