Emporio Cancun Optional All Inclusive
2/10 Terrible
"Limited number of seats"

Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"The hospitality was the best! Everyone was so kind! We mentioned a birthday celebration and they went above and beyond & pulled out all the stops. Amenities were perfect for a restful vacation & the entertainment was fun!"

GR Solaris Cancun & Spa - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"The resort is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is very nice with three pools and two are primarily for adults.
It was disappointing that with a five night stay we were only allowed to book reservations at the restaurants twice. That means we had to eat at the buffet for the majority of our dinners. They also did not have any late night food available. Which means after dinner you can't get any food until morning. It would be nice after having a few evening drinks to have something to eat. Also the food is just mediocre.
They promote the phone app but it's useless. The information is out of date and not accurate. They should also have descriptions of the shows. We went to the Sensation show and found it to be inappropriate for small children.
There was confusion between the staff. I exchanged my pool towels one day and was given the same stripped towels. The next day when I went to exchange them they told me the stripped towels were for members only. I was concerned because I didn't want to be charged for the towels. Also, when checking out I told the girl I left the pool towels in the room she was okay with it. About 15 minutes later our friends checked out and were told they had to return the towels to the front desk. I went back up and a different girl told me I had to return the towels and made me go get them. I almost missed my shuttle due to this.
I enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again if I went to Cancun."

Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Just got back from an amazing stay in Cancun and had to share! 🌴
The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—always ready to help with a smile and made us feel right at home throughout our stay.
And the food… absolutely excellent! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and had plenty of variety to choose from.
Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cancun.
Can’t wait to go back!"

Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas - Adults Only- All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"The beach was beautiful but small. The beach and main pool area was cramped and crowded. Restaurants were good and not real busy."

Hotel Riu Palace Peninsula - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was exceptionally pleasant and one of the most exceptional accommodations I have ever experienced. "

Moon Palace Cancun - All-Inclusive
8/10 Good
"The staff and workers all were very pleasant. They all worked hard and put 100% effort to make the trip enjoyable. The one nightmare we had was with Palace Elite offices. Very pushy in trying to make you join their membership. They made a mistake with out billing which ended up overcharging our bill. We spend hours and hours of our vacation trying to clear up this bill and they still didnt take care of it. "

Seadust Cancún All Inclusive Family Resort
6/10 Okay
"Our stay at Seadust was disappointing and not as relaxing as we had hoped.
The resort was very noisy, with constant banging sounds that made it hard to rest and enjoy our time.
Shortly after arrival, we were approached by staff offering a discount and “VIP breakfast” in exchange for attending a 90-minute presentation for their Infinity Travel Club. We agreed based on the timeframe given, but it ended up taking half of our day. The sales team was very pushy, and once we declined, their attitude changed completely and felt rude and unwelcoming.
The “VIP breakfast” did not feel VIP at all, the food was the same as the buffet, just served in a different location. Overall, the food quality throughout the resort was mediocre.
We felt this experience was disrespectful of our time and it negatively affected our overall stay."

AVA Resort Cancun - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Interior of the resort was quite beautiful. Exterior of the resort leaves quite a bit to be desired.
The pool area is very condensed and crowded. You feel like you’re on top of the other guests at all times.
We spent a lot of our vacation just waiting. Waiting on line for someone at the front desk, waiting in line for the buffet, waiting for service at the pool…just waiting.
Pool chairs are nearly impossible to come by. Prepare to pay to rent a cabana if you want somewhere to sit down - or wake at 7:30 AM to save a pool chair. The resort really needs a better solution for the amount of chairs that are being “reserved” but sit empty all day.
Restaurant reservations are very difficult at several restaurants in the resort particularly the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. Your best bet is to show up and see if anyone was a no-show and get a walk-in table.
The best way to sum up this resort is simply ‘mid’. Not awful, not great. Mid-level quality, mid-level service mid-level amenities. It was a fair price for what we got, but I would not return, nor would I recommend.
