"We loved this hotel. Nina, at the front desk, greets you so warmly. She made our stay that much more special. The pour over coffee, the views, roof top patio, and Suddenly Sally all elavated our stay. We will be back. "

"The only thing tbh was the complimentary breakfast was horrible. Consider more variety and have better eggs. Canadian farms have awesome eggs! Add bacon and take out the meatballs? Like come on meatballs for breakfast? I gave you a 5 star cause i dont think any business or establishment should be below cause of my own personal preference. I do think it could be better. "

"The staff and the ambiance of the hotel were amazing. The only complaint we have is that the hotel is a little bit dated and they don’t take care of the hotel rooms very well. There was a broken tile outside of the jacuzzi tub that we almost hurt ourselves on a few times. And it’s not very clean. Someone else’s food sat outside of our hotel room for three days while we were there until we finally moved it into the middle of the hallway so someone saw it and took it away and three employees had come to our room to deliver stuff for us. The cleaners were constantly on our floor cleaning and no one noticed to food to take it away from in front of our door. The hot pool was very nice. It was very busy and there were tons of people there but we never felt overwhelmed or ever ended up waiting in lines for time. "

"Original hotel under construction. Had difficulty finding check in desk. Once checked in I had to drive and enter hotel via the side doors into a stairwell and carry all luggage up to the second floor. The window of the room faced into the atrium which was completely under construction, the view from the window was scaffolding. I can appreciate that upgrades and construction are necessary over time, however this information should be passed onto the customer prior to booking."

"The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the stay was very affordable. Ski shuttles don’t run from Canmore, so I rented a car. The town is so calm and welcoming! "
