"Love the rooftop area with hot tubs, sitting area and firepit. Other than that and the convenience of the location, the price to stay really isn't justified. Rooftop area requires some much needed attention to maintenance including tiles coming off the ground and the sauna door not closing properly. There are many equal and extremely close to equal quality in rooms, amenities, and walkability at other hotels in Banff for half the price."

"Room is a little too cramped. Bathroom had too little room to place toiletries. Worst part is the faucet is way too close to the edge of the sink so my hands keep hitting into it. Everything is satisfactory."

"We stayed for a night the rooms were clean and nice but the drainage of washbin in our room was slow which wasnt a major problem but wanted to notified the hotel, the services were nice. hottub and fire place was a great cozy addition to our stay and they upgraded our room which was nice touch.Excellent service and food at prow was worth the money.Overall great stay"

"This was a wonderful place to stay in the village of Banff. It is the last hotel on your way out of town but still walking distance to "downtown." The rustic theme was cozy with a great roaring fire in the lobby. The restaurant attached to the hotel is the Keg which is a great steak place. We did the spa too which was wonderful after a week of hard-core skiing. The spa locker room was small and not practical for 2 women using the vanity. We did not use this hotel as our base to skiing but the...

"Fantastic staff. Hotel is in a great location in Banff. Very comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast was much better than expected - well done! It may be time to replace the woody furniture in the rooms, not comfortable. Downside of Brewsters is noise - noise from hallways is very loud and you can easily hear people in neighbouring bathrooms. "

"Super accommodating for our dogs. Quiet and relaxing two days spent. I would recommend having signs saying “dog friendly” as we did have one Karen freak out at us for having dogs and the fact our senior dog being in a Halti lead (not a muzzle as she claimed and assumed he was an aggressive dog) just so Karen’s and Ken’s are aware dogs might be around! Other than that fantastic time. And the hot pool was lovely. "
