"The front desk staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was the loft room on the 4th Floor. It was absolutely incredible. Very spacious, the loft upstairs was large with a bathroom, open closet and great views. I highly recommend staying at Fox"

"Great place to stay! Nice rooms, good pool with hot tub. Free bicycle rental to ride around. Good on-site restaurants but you need to pay, no complimentary breakfast. Wish a couple of front desk staff were a bit more friendly, otherwise no complaints."

"What a unique property at the top of Sunshine Village. The rooms are very basic but the access via Gondola and then a chairlift up to the Alpine Meadows is the primary reason for the stay. Mad Trappers is a great restaurant but we had challenges with the chimney corner restaurant… overall a great stay"

"The bottom of the pool is textured bumpy cement. My son grazed his knuckles while swimming and it cut all of them open so he had to leave since he was bleeding. Beds were also pretty hard, very sore back in the morning. We appreciated the renovated bed area but bathrooms were still very dated. We liked the large coffee brewer and cream available in the fridge in our room."
