"Ski slopes very easy to access by free shuttles. Downtown Banff also SO easy with the Roam shuttles. Caribou gives you free Roam shuttle passes for your entire stay. We had a room suite with the hot/jet tub and 2 bathrooms with a view which was outstanding. Staff are very friendly and helpful/ knowledgeable and the Keg steakhouse on grounds was excellent for breakfast too. Would definitely stay again."

"Nice renovations to the rooms and spa area. I suspect the rest of the hotel will look great. Our room was less than ideal, poor location (room on the mail floor, zero view, very hot - could not cool it down). Guess you get what you pay for. Will try a different hotel next stay. "

"Nice perk of having a free shuttle to take you into town. The room was a bit outdated but the beds were comfy and everything was clean. We stayed in the two bedroom wolf condo. Would definitely stay again "

"This is cozy, modest, vintage, clean, fun, etc. etc. Really I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay at in the mountains. The wood fireplace with access to wood was lovely. Of course, and most importantly, we cooked! Full kitchen = great and healthy food. I would always come back here. My son also enjoyed the water slides more than I expected. Note: I imagine if you are a 'top shelf' type of person or like the fancier things in life, this is not for you. "
