"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"Impressive room interior! We loved the mood of Banff. Our room window could be open a bit to get fresh air, the TV had a google chrome for my phone to connect. I could park my car during my group tour. Staff were so nice and smiling all the time; that made our one night stay!! Thanks!! "
