"The parking lot is very confusing with the loading zone area. Everywhere is reserve for handicap parking. No designated shuttle bus parking. It was very hard to park and unload luggage. Not a very friendly environment after few hours of drive. Shuttle bus driver was very nice. Cleanning staff was awkward when we got into the elevator. After the elevator was closed, we asked her if it was going up or down and she said no clue, we will see. We actually have to exist the elevator with our heavy luggage’s to let her off first, very unfriendly and unconscious of guest convenience. If it was communicate clear before hand on elevator direction, we would have a different expectations. Staff friendliness training is lacking. Feel like overpaid for asking basic customer services. Room and bed was cleaned. Towels are old. "
