Excelente hotel

Hotel muito agradável e bem situado. Quarto grande com uma ante-sala com uma bancada com pia, microondas e frigobar. Roupa de cama macia e cheirosa, tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã excelente com tudo que se precisa para um bom desejum. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, cordiais e gentis. Todos os meus pedidos de edredom e travesseiros extras foram atendidos. Amei ter me hospedado neste hotel. Recomendo fortemente à todos. Voltarei sempre que precisar.

Fácil localização, fomos muito bem recebidos na chegada. Apartamentos confortáveis, limpos e aconchegantes. Desde o gerente Douglas, passando pela equipe de recepção, cozinha ( café da manhã delicioso ) e até o manobrista, esse hotel tem um time de funcionários incríveis, super atenciosos, eficientes e educados que fazem você não querer se hospedar em outro lugar quando tem que ir a Campinas. O que nos deixou satisfeitos foi o excelente atendimento de forma a suprir a necessidade de minha esposa ser Vegana. Foram muito atenciosos e providenciaram alimentação no café da manhã para ela. Quartos bem espaçosos. Os quartos são mais antigos, mas espaçosos. A localização é muito boa e perto de tudo (restaurantes, lanchonetes, supermercado, shopping (10 min de aplicativo).Colaboradores da recepção muito bem atenciosos e que procuram sempre atender os anseios dos clientes e deixarem eles satisfeitos. Um pouco que não gostamos muito é o colchão que bem mole/macio, nós preferimos colchões mais firmes e duros, mas aí vai de gosto de cada um

O quarto que fiquei era bem espaçoso, cama agradável, apesar do colchão ser bem macio, para quem tem problema de coluna não é o mais recomendado. O piso da sala estava quebrado, pra melhorar as condições foi colocado um tapete por cima. O banheiro bom, mas nos cantinhos um pouco sujo de lodo. Não tem isolamento acústico, o q deixa o ambiente bem barulhento a noite com alguns vizinhos e infelizmente tive esse problema. Café da manhã normal e o atendimento de todos os funcionários muito bom. Todos simpáticos.
