The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was maintained and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the food was good overall. The main downside was the noisy traffic due to the nearby highway. We were situated in the wing closest to the highway. The noise may not be an issue in the wing further from the highway.

Custo benefício ruim.

Hotel simples, próximo a uma rodovia, fora do centro, dificultando deslocamentos para refeições, e sem elevador. Precisando de um local apenas para jantar e dormir, durante uma viagem mais longa, escolhemos por ter restaurante, mas dificilmente voltaremos. Existem opções melhores com preço semelhante, próximos ao Shopping, com melhor qualidade e localização. No jantar havia um buffet com preço de 58,00 por pessoa, sem bebidas, para uma comida bastante simples. Arroz, feijão, macarrão em parafuso, salada de alface, batata doce, bife em tiras e file de frango com queijo e gelatina (apenas um tipo de sobremesa), sendo cobrado o mesmo valor para crianças maiores de 7 anos, que muitas vezes não chegam a comer um prato inteiro.

The hotel is overall dirty, the lobby floor and the room were sticky and filthy, one of the beds had a weird stain that looked like blood which we ended using the only blanket available to cover the mattress. The complimentary water cups had a bad smell and weird taste. We were located on the bottom floor and we could hear the TV and conversations from the room upstairs. We definitely do not recommend this hotel. Specially if you’re a foreigner, this hotel looks like a low budget motel like Super 8.

Satisfatório

Os funcionários muito atenciosos principalmente os do café da manhã. Só não gostei que no domingo não pudemos usar a área da piscina por havia uma festa particular. E só fomos avisados no Check in. Penso que minha diária incluía todas as instalações do hotel inclusive a piscina, portanto deveriam ter me oferecido um desconto. Entretanto, foi obrigada a assinar um papel concordando que não poderia usar a piscina. Achei isso um desrespeito com os hóspedes. No mais o hotel é bom, simples, um pouco caro para o que oferece, ainda mais com restrições a áreas de acesso que deveriam estar incluídas.
