A cama é boa: bons lençóis e colchão. O café da manhã é razoável, pois oferecem apenas duas frutas. O banheiro do quarto estava com o teto manchado de infiltração. A localização é boa.

Cheguei e não tinha toalha de rosto no banheiro. Peguei na recepção sem problemas. Fui sozinha e me colocaram num quarto com 3 camas de casal, meio apertado. O quarto é antigo, estava limpo, o ar condicionado funciona bem, o chuveiro é ótimo, mas a porta do banheiro esta quebrando. A TV não é smart, só tem os canais abertos, e eles não fornecem sequer um cabo para conexão. O wifi no quarto é muito ruim, cai toda hora, tentei trabalhar mas não tinha como. Achei bem silencioso. o café da manhã é gostoso e completo, horário bacana. Piscina boa, porém não aquecida e não estava muito limpa. Na noite de sábado cheguei por volta das 4h da manhã e a recepção estava VAZIA, não vi ninguém, achei bem estranho. No dia seguinte pedi um lanche por aplicativo, e novamente não tinha ninguém na recepção, o motoboy deixou o lanche no balcão e foi embora, e o lanche ficou lá uns 15 minutos até eu dar falta... Um dos motivos de escolher hotel ao invés de airbnb é a segurança de ter uma portaria, uma recepção. Não vi nenhum segurança em todo momento que fiquei, e na recepção não fica ninguém. Eu não gostei da estadia e não recomendo.

Um bom hotel

Hotel com uma boa localização, confortável, camas confortáveis, ar condicionado gelando bem, café da manhã bom (sem tantas opções mas é bom), o check in e check out foram bem rápidos, somente o chuveiro a água sai muito espalhada. Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

It is a good and simple hotel. The neighborhood is safe, Breakfast is good, and the room is comfortable enough for a few days, with a good bathroom. I needed to use my internet plan, and the worst point was that the air conditioning device was pointed directly to the bed, which was a little annoying. Sadly, the swing function was not working. So, I let it turned on until I went to sleep and woke up a few times to turn it in and on again. Kind of tiring business.

A única questão foi o café da manhã, mas compreensível, já que havia um evento do qual seus integrantes vieram tomar café ao mesmo tempo. Isso impactou o atendimento, mas o pessoal do hotel conseguiu atender a todos.

3 problemas a relatar: 1- Erro do quarto [duas camas de solteiro e casal] tive que juntar as camas; 2- Não tinha telefone no quarto; 3- O wifi nunca funciona de primeiro. É Necessário vários procedimentos adicionais junto a recepção. Nesta estadia tivemos que ir até a recepção pra resolver porque não tinha telefone no quarto.
