The hotel need a refurbishment, everything was dirty. I stayed 5 nights and didn’t have my bed sheet changed when I asked they housekeeping said that they only change the sheets when requested.

Eu simplesmente amei o café da manhã e a localização, porém peguei um quarto com MUITA UMIDADE! Sério, o quarto estava com um cheiro fortíssimo, e as paredes estavam molhadas. Cheguei a pedir a troca de quarto e não foi possível. Deixando claro que no dia que fiz a reserva já mencionei problemas respiratórios e pedi que não tivesse problemas com isso… Ignoraram meu pedido, duplamente!

A banheira desativada no banheiro é pessimo para o banho, uma cortina nojenta para não vazar água. A limpeza do quarto fica a desejar, só arrumam a cama, mas não tiram pó, a toalha fica um pouco fedida também. O quarto é amplo espaçoso, fiquei no 7 andar, a TV era um monitor de 20 polegadas. A janela ficava fazendo barulho horrível de vento e não parava de ficar “assobiando”. Bem localizado. Café da manhã fraco.

O quarto atendeu as nossas expectativas porem o cafeh da manhã (infos dizem ser tercerizado) se mostrou totalmente inadequado. Fomos as 8.45 hs e encontramos o refeitorio com cafeh frio, sem ovo mexido, sem suco de laranja e paõ frances (os unicos itens que nos atenderam apos reclamacão), enfim um verdadeiro caos nas porcões.
