Eu escolhi esse hotel pela proximidade do aeroporto e pelas avaliações aqui, mas ao chegar no quarto fiquei bem decepcionada. O cheiro forte de produtos de limpeza, o hotel e antigo, no quarto vc via as paredes remendadas, manchas nas paredes. A tv ficava piscando não funcionava direito. O café da manhã foi suficiente mas nada de maravilhoso. Com ctz não volto nesse hotel.

A recepção não foi das melhores, a recepcionista super antipática, não me recebeu bem, não perguntou se precisava de ajuda com as malas, não apresentou o hotel. No quarto a janela não estava vedada por completo, bateu a noite inteira, a cortina era curta e não o suficiente para vedar a luz, não havia nem uma bandeja com copos vazios no quarto. No café da manhã a maioria das coisas estavam frias e não havia identificação suficiente para as coisas.

PIANO DESAFINADO - LITERALMENTE E FIGURATIVAMENTE!

O hotel é razoavelmente bom, mas enfrentei perrengues de comunicação com os funcionários e com a prestação de serviços como um todo: 1) Não consegui acessar o wi-fi do hotel em momento algum; 2) Só alguns poucos canais da TV do quarto funcionavam e tive problemas com o controle remoto também; 3) Fui informado durante o check-in que o horário do café-da-manhã era das 5h às 10h, mas os funcionários só abrem o restaurante para tal refeição às 6h (isso se não atrasam), e ainda pecam na colocação dos utensílios e recipientes para os hóspedes usarem, assim como pecam na colocação de placas de identificação em alguns itens a fim de não confundir os hóspedes; 4) A limpeza do restaurante, denominado Le Jardin, deixa a desejar e os funcionários se ausentam do local na hora do cliente pagar, fazendo com que eu tenha que procurá-los para tal fim, tendo isto ocorrido durante os jantares dos 2 dias de estadia; 5) A geladeira do quarto não refrigerou, mas sim congelou uma bebida que eu trouxe, fazendo o recipiente (garrafa de vidro) quebrar com a geladeira fechada e sujar o seu interior, assim como o piso logo abaixo desta quando eu a abri; 6) Para resolver o problema descrito no item 5, liguei para o serviço de quarto, expliquei a situação e mandaram camareira para o quarto errado; 7) Ao check-out, constou a informação que eu devia um dos jantares, sendo que eu já havia pago ambos, então tive que mostrar o comprovante de pagamento para a recepcionista. Chances de retorno são quase nulas!
