O custo benefício é excelente. Local com preço muito bom e um lugar a altura. Só não foi perfeito por conta da tampa da privada quebrada e encontramos uma latinha de cerveja, vazia embaixo da cama. Isso demonstra que o quarto não foi limpo embaixo das camas.

Fomos bem recebidos no hotel, que está em reforma e parece que previamente era um motel. O quarto (parede da janela tinha infiltração) era amplo para 4 pessoas, mas o banheiro minúsculo e apertado, com o vaso sanitário em frente à saída do box. A louça da pia do banheiro nao estava bem higienizada , com muito lodo próximo ao ralo; a louça do vaso sanitário também não havia sido idealmente limpa pois exalava forte odor de urina. Na madrugada um carro estacionou bem ao lado da janela do quarto, e a janela trepidou bastante, inclusive quando a porta do carro foi fechada e acabei acordando. Achei razoável para uma pernoite, não conseguiria me hospedar por vários dias.

O ambiente ainda e precário, muitas reformas ainda, fiquei num quarto proximo a cozinha, muito barulho, estacionamento precário, dificilmente tem vagas. Cafe da manha sem muitas poções saudáveis e poucas opções. Toalhas de banho com cheiro ruim, falta de interfone.
