The staff and personnel were great. Friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel has some age to it and the surroundings is not a newer part of the city. I had no issues but I didn’t walk anywhere either.

Ok for one night but could be better

The bedrooms are outdated and lack cleaning . Actually pulled off the nightstand and there was garbage and hair from previous guests. It is also difficult to plug in appliances or phones because outlets are outdated. The bedroom smells dust mold and pillows are very old as well.

Quando abri o chuveiro a noite a água não esquentou e teve retorno de água para a pia. No ralo da pia, a água demorava a descer pq estava com muito cabelo no caminho para o cano, bastava olha que via que n tinham retirado o cabelo e por isso foi juntando.O ar não gelava, estava bloqueado em 26graus. A sorte é que não estava um dia quente, mas impactou na qualidade do sono. O colchão era um pouco desconfortável. Prédio bem antigo, serve café da manhã cortesia. Check out às 12:00, por volta das 11:50 quando eu estava fechando a mala a recepção ligou perguntando se eu tinha outra reserva, informei que já estava fechando a mala e lembrei que o check out era às 14h. Para emergência que tive foi o suficiente. Só voltaria em último caso.
