The room was clean and met my needs. There is no elevator to the second floor and as a person with some mobility issues this was a challenge. There were no rooms available on the first floor.

The front desk clerk at check-in worked with me sooooo well. I had not realized that there were no stairs within this particular location and there for did not request a first floor room. She took my mobility issues into consideration as well as the needs of my traveling companion (she is disabled) and found us a first-floor room. GREAT customer service. She made sure our needs as the guest were fulfilled. While I did not partake in the breakfast, Gina did. Again, the staff was amazingly accommodating and met her every need.

The room was somewhat dated but overall it was clean, I felt it was good value, and I was very happy I stayed at the property. I will stay there again next time I go to Campbellsville.
