"The spa was relaxing with very courteous staff. My room was ready early for me to check-in and allowed me to get settled. Front desk staff awas also very friendly. Shuttle was readily avaliable and had a very courteous driver. Food at the bar was very good. Staff also very friendly and accommodating. "

"The location is excellent, close to the casino, and the hotel offers a shuttle to Mohegan Sun, which is very convenient. What truly exceeded my expectations, however, was the service. The two young men at the front desk and the two ladies (unfortunately I can’t remember their names) working the bar and breakfast area were all exceptionally kind and welcoming."

"This hotel is cozy, clean, and convenient being a stone's throw off of I-395. The staff is incredibly friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. This was the third Christmas I have stayed there and will definitely be going back next year, Lord willing."
