"They were installing new TVs which would have been great if only ours worked. To be fair, the staff worked tirelessly to get the new TV working and, when it couldn't be done, they replaced it and even logged us into a staff member's streaming service so we could watch what we wanted. Can't fault the staff - just the TV 😏"

"Our room was a little dirty (hair left around) other than that it was great. Be aware you will not have service there. Staff is super friendly. If you are in the rooms you can hear your neighbors majorly as well just as a heads up. Would do the cabins if I came back."

"A good place to stay for your Mt. Rainier NP trip. Spacious room and beds. Very clean and nice room. Complimentary breakfast. Though it has only two floors, really wish it could have elevator as me and my families had several luggages (maybe adding a luggage cart for folks who stay on the first floor would be nice). Overall a good choice for your Mt. Rainier NP Sunrise base."

"This is a very nice place, and I had a good stay overall. The service and amenities were pleasant, and everything else was fine. However, they need to pay closer attention to detail regarding cleanliness. There were visible spider webs that needed to be cleaned in all the corners of the room. Once they take care of dusting those high corners, it will be a perfect spot. I would still recommend it!"
