My stay was amazing!

This hotel has had renovations done . My room had new beds, new towels. The room was great! The staff at the hotel were amazing. The front desk representative Christopher Hines was so accommodating. His customer service skills are incredible. Every staff member was very polite. I truly recommend Suburban Studios for your stay. I booked the hotel because it is close to Camp Lejeune. I was able to make a home cooked meal for my marine son. Thank you to everyone that made this a great memorable weekend.

The night manager Chris was fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure I had a room, since there was a booking error. The rooms were clean and freshly renovated but still lacking. There were no curtains, only blinds, so light from the building was coming in all night. The bed had a noisy, wobbly frame.

Church trip

Our stay was very peaceful, we were there for a church conference. The guy at the front desk superseded Great Customer Service and Hospitality. He was so attentive and polite. I personally thanked him.
