This a beautiful hotel and property. The room was well appointed and comfy. The pull out sofa bed was little stiff, but still good. The bathroom was adorable and spacious. We were able to rent a golf cart to tootle around Front Street instead of driving our car. They also have bikes you can rent as well. All around it is a great place! We will be going back!

Peaceful stay. Manicured and clean property. Rooms are spacious and the shower large with great water temperature and pressure. Enjoyed watching boats go up and down the waterway. Pool was refreshing . Food was delicious- service excellent. Rental of golf cart was worth it we went into town and drove around. The free shuttle was a great feature

Hotel property is serene and located on the waterfront and marshes. Great coastal vibe. Ideal location to sightsee all around the Crystal Coast and beaches. Hotel staff, property, rooms and dining exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I will return as a guest often.

Room could use some work showing wear and tear much. A/C barely worked, bed uncomfortable, used to be a beautiful immaculate place. Restaurant also not good anymore sadly, food and service both terrible. Location stunning. Needs management to be supervising more it seems as service is poor. Walkthroughs are clearly not being done or proper training for hospitality staff. So sad as this has been a gold standard for us. Valet service was chaotic as well, and it used to be great too. Very disappointing.
