"The property is in a very quiet location. Fast food and grocery stores are less than a mile away. Rooms look nothing like the photos! The cleanliness of the rooms is very poor. Roaches! Roaches in the fridge, roaches in the microwave, roaches everywhere! If you have allergies or asthmatic, this isnt the place for you. I'm disappointed with Expedia for offering this place. Fridge was broken and rusty. Walls are incredibly thin. Rooms are in desperate need of maintenance. A/C units need to be cleaned. Shower doesn't drain well. The property grounds are well kept. That should be true for the rooms we all inhabit. "

"Mid century modernesk style Motel 6 in a quiet part of Palm Springs. It was quiet, room was clean. They have a surprisingly huge swimming pool. I would stay here again. "

"Great two night gettaway, Breakfast was right outdoors near the pool area. Staff was great. Property was right off the beaten path, easy to get to downtown and other locations. Comfortable beds. Microwave, fridge, safe in room. "
